Jun 25, 2026"Ikan Bakar Sin Kee 新记海咪铁板烧鱼 Ikan Bakar (204g) = RM26.00 Recommended As mentioned, this Ikan Bakar was the one that took the longest to serve up at 10 Mins. The Sambal they have here has a Higher than Usual Spicy Bite and will linger very long on your Tongue. Of all the Ikan Bakar's I've tried so far in JB, I feel this Sambal has the Longest Lingering Spiciness. Bite Texture is Soft and Smooth, and is about as Soft as the one I had in the Open Air Johor Jaya Food Street. That said though, I also felt that this is the Oilest Ikan Bakar I've had so far. I believe its the Sambal that 出油 alot. It makes it quite Jelak and Oily to the Bite. Putting Lime and Eating it with the Onion Slices will help very much to cut the Oiliness and Jelakness. Overall, I still like this Ikan Bakar despite it being Very Oily because of its Spicier than usual Sambal. If you are unable to take Spicy though, you might not be able to tahan the Spiciness Level here. Thanks for Reading.
